I toob have received this email about an apartment. Because I did not have any answers to certain questions, I googled “Non Government Organization on a program on children with orphans and heart related probs” and had a direct hit with your site. Ì’d very much appreciate if you could tell me what kind of a scam it is. It sure siounds fishy and I already turned many other applicants for the flat I was renting. Should I be worried because I gave my street address? I would love to have your imput on this matter wich sure looks fishy…
You don’t have to be worried about giving them your address. If it’s like most of these scams, they’ll try to send you a money order in advance, probably for more than you’re asking for. It will look legit, but do not try to cash it. I don’t know exactly how it works, but if you don’t do that you’ll be fine.
